Gas commissioning technician • Colbert County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Your main tasks: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
