We are recruiting: container truck driver (California)

Now hiring: we are hiring a container truck driver in Solano County, California. Day to day you will complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing Full-time, day shift.
