Scaffolder • Kent County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolder in Kent County, Texas. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns On a typical shift you will inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
