Prep cook — Hawkins County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Hawkins County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
