Immediate opening: oven operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Colorado County, Texas. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
