Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in City of Kingston upon Hull, England. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £1,950 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
