Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Hanover County, Virginia. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
