Stainless steel welder — Latimer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Latimer County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection On a typical shift you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding.
