Urgent requirement: paint booth operator (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Chippewa County, Michigan. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
