You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash.
