Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
