You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
