Articulated lorry driver — Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Wayne County, North Carolina. The role involves check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Ideal candidate: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
