System formwork carpenter • Dodge County, Minnesota

Now hiring: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Dodge County, Minnesota. You will work at a precast concrete yard. The role involves erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
