Packing line operative — Laurel County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packing line operative in Laurel County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy packing line. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg Day-to-day duties: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack 5+ years on the tools preferred.
