Great opportunity: stainless steel welder (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in McCracken County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
