Membrane applicator — Smyth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Smyth County, Virginia. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. You should have: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
