Fry cook — Saint Louis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
