Production welder — Akure South

Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Akure South, Ondo State. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness.
