We are recruiting: short order cook (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Carroll County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
