Vacancy available: argon welding operator (Plateau State)

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Shendam, Plateau State. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On a typical shift you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish.
