Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Your main tasks: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
