Argon welding operator wanted in Terry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Terry County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
