Domestic gas engineer wanted in Bradford

Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Bradford, England. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Day to day you will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred.
