You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Day to day you will collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point.
