Urgent requirement: truck driver (Ekiti State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a truck driver in Ekiti West, Ekiti State. The job is at a container freight yard. You will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
