Toolroom milling operator • Stearns County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Stearns County, Minnesota. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines.
