Beldar — Omala

We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Omala, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain 1+ years on the tools preferred.
