Construction helper wanted in Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction helper in Marshall County, Indiana. You will be based on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
