Vacancy available: powder coating line operator (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Deer Lodge County, Montana. The job is at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
