Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Marion County, Missouri. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
