Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Deaf Smith County, Texas. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Your main tasks: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
