Great opportunity: short order cook (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Performance bonus on top of base pay.
