Electrostatic spray painter — Gosper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Gosper County, Nebraska. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
