CO2 welder wanted in Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Clark County, Indiana. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Your main tasks: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
