Shuttering carpenter — Island County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Island County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
