Surface coating operator — West Berkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in West Berkshire, England. You will work on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
