You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
