Join our team: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. The job is in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines 5+ years on the tools preferred.
