Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Abbeville County, South Carolina. The role involves cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
