Split AC fitter — Kittson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Kittson County, Minnesota. The job is in shopping malls and office buildings. Day-to-day duties: • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience.
