What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 1+ years on the tools preferred.
