The role involves keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules. Requirements: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Six days a week, one day off.
