Natural gas fitter wanted in Watauga County

Join our team: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Watauga County, North Carolina. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders On the job you will handle: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints Full-time, day shift.
