Cnc lathe operator — Oconee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Oconee County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Part-time with flexible hours.
