Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Medina County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
