Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Lee County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Full-time, day shift.
