Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Marin County, California. The job is in apartment and housing complexes. On the job you will handle: • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Connect overhead and underground water tanks • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall What we are looking for: • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Willing to attend emergency call-outs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
