You should have: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Willing to attend emergency call-outs On a typical shift you will solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
