Oven operator wanted in Effingham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Effingham County, Georgia. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 5+ years on the tools preferred.
